| What is the XrossOver Basketball Training Vest? |

The XrossOver is a lightweight, low impact, training vest which can be worn by male and female athletes alike. The XrossOver’s unique design allows the athlete to train in the art of passing, dribbling, and shooting. The athlete can use this vest to train themselves or in a group training setting.
Training Area 1-The Arm Sleeve: The arm sleeve is positioned in the middle of the chest area and is designed for ambidextrous training.
Training Area 2- Back D-Rings/Resistance Cords: When the resistance cords are engaged with the back D-rings, front dribbling can be executed.
Training Area 3- Front D-Rings/Resistance Cords: When the resistance cords are engaged with the front D-rings, behind the back dribbles can be performed. |

| How Does the XrossOver Basketball Training Vest Work? |
| |
| The Arm Sleeve - When a player engages in arm sleeve exer-cises, they place either arm in the sleeve and practice passing, dribbling, or shooting with the other arm. This allows the player to restrain one side of the body while building confidence and familiarity with the weaker arm. |

| The Back D-rings and Resistance Bands - This feature is used specifically for front dribbling exercises. The resistance bands allow the player to dribble within the radius of the body for proper distribution and receipt of the ball. Another advantage of this feature is that while performing certain repetition exercises, the bands provide the arms with strength training resulting in stronger arms. When the player is not wearing the vest, muscle memory takes effect allowing the player to play just as he prac-ticed. |
